Nice Place
We enjoyed our stay in Knoxville. The house was very clean the the host was very responsive with any requests or questions. We had an issue with the dishwasher and the host had the maintenance man there within minutes. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay for a family getaway!
We planned to visit Knoxville for the first time as a family. We chose this property for the close proximity to a family we were visiting, and for the nice looking decor and arrangement of rooms. The kitchen is great to be able to prepare our own meals and not eat out all the time. We enjoyed eating on the deck as well. The spacious yard is beautiful. The neighborhood is peaceful, and we felt safe going for walks. The house is clean and well-maintained, and the beds are comfortable. We appreciated clear communication with the host as well.

Home Away From Home
This is by far the best house to stay in while visiting the Knoxville area. It is kept extremely clean, all of the renovations that have been done give it a very modern and welcoming feel, and the beds are very comfortable. I am currently in graduate school which requires me and my classmates to travel to Knoxville once a quarter. After finding this home, we booked it for the rest of our labs because we loved it so much. The owner is extremely gracious and goes above and beyond for his guests. He always checks in during your stay to make sure everything is up to your standards. Could not recommend enough!

The house is great! The owner was super responsive when I had questions. He also wished us a safe trip back home and I thought that was really thoughtful.
