"To be honest, I knew the apartment was dated but it didn't appear very clean either. For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. The fridge did not work for us after plugging it in, the bathroom towels were not full length towels (but rather hand towels), the WIFI was unreliable. "The entire facility has been updated and remodeled. The staff were extremely pleasant and the location is great for old town Klagenfurt sites and shopping. The breakfast buffet offering was robust and the fact that it was offered on the fifth floor with large windows overlooking Klagenfurt made it all the more enjoyable. Finally, being able to enjoy a sunset on the rooftop terrace was a great way to end the day."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel , our room was very spacious and we had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good, lots of options. The hotel was very clean and the location is perfect as it’s right by the lake , we would definitely stay here again "
