"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Nice clean apartment with kitchen and bathroom. We had a car which we were able to park right in front. Only a 5-minute walk (I walk fast) to the MPreis supermarket, and a few minutes more to the centre of Söll. Söll is a great choice in itself, but also for exploring the spectacular surrounding area - Scheffau, Ellmau, Going, St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Westendorf, the Wildschönau….."

"die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Gebäude ist erst vor einem Jahr gebaut worden und es ist alles noch sehr neu. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Bad mit integrierter Sauna, die wir auch sehr gerne genutzt haben. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man bei der Ausstattung sicherlich verbessern (insbesondere Licht: nicht dimmbar in der ganzen Wohnung. Lichter bei den Spiegeln im Bad kaum beleuchtet. Kein ausziehbarer Spiegel neben den Waschbecken und zu wenige Haken, um für 4-6 Personen,...

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. "Roland was a wonderful host . The property was a five min walk to the nearest lift that gave you access to the entire St. Johann ski area. The town was just an about a 20 min walk with lots of shops and dining. The house itself was plenty of room for our family of five. the kitchen was spacious and well equipped . We will be back! "

"Alles was fijn: goede bedden, ruim en heel schoon appartement. Met de auto 900 m naar de skipiste, waar je in alle rust en ruimte kon parkeren. Zelden heb ik ‘s ochtends zo snel op de piste gestaan! Op de boerderij van alles te koop, van broodjes tot ham, eieren en bier. We komen graag nog eens terug!"

"Large, very clean villa perfect for a large family or group that is very close to the Fieberbrunn bahn. Roland was an excellent host who was very easy to communicate with and even had a Christmas tree stand so we could purchase a larger tree. The rooms are large and cozy and then, living area was very spacious. Teens loved the ping pong table downstairs. Would definitely stay again."
