"Conveniently located near Sapporo subway. The room is small, after opening luggage left with small space to walk. There are 3 washing machine at Level 2, have to queue to use during peak time like after 9pm. Although we can check the status of the washer in the room TV, but still need to go there to put our laundry bag to queue. One cycle is 2hr for wash & dry. The hotel staff is very friendly and patience in answering my question."

"It was a quick stop for us so we didn't mind a traditional Japanese business hotel. Room size was decent while furniture outdated. Mattress was not super comfortable but nothing too much beyond our expectation. Check-in staff speak little English but were generally helpful. Parking lot is narrow, but again all within our expectations. Area is vibrant with a good range of restaurant options and very walkable. Value for the price."
