"Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. "

"We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and rode the steam engine at EBT. We have other plans as well but skipped them to come back to the cottage and watch the birds, chill and enjoy no tv. Thy have everything you need in the kitchen pantry and bathroom which has a great shower head with lots of water pressure. There’s even tooth past. The towels were quality and the bed was nice too. They even had spices and oils for cooking. Loved that they had teas and coffee as well. Just show up and enjoy...

"The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had asked the owner if there was a fire pit available, was told yes, but we were unable to find it. We had one issue during our stay, there were no working lights in one of the bedrooms. With all that we still enjoyed our stay."

"The house was great for our family. It had two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Plus two other bedrooms. Beautiful deck. The fenced in yard allowed play location for the kids. I saw on other comments mention of dust webs...true if you look for them... but welcome to the woods. Overall it has a clean feeling. Advice, bring hand towels... there arent any in the 4 bathrooms in the house. If we go back to Raystown...wed reserve this house again!"

"My husband was doing a job in the area with his brothers and nephews. This cabin perfectly suited their needs; it was clean and comfortable and the guys loved being able to relax around the firepit at the end of the day and listen to the owls and wildlife. They cooked all their meals at the cabin and enjoyed themselves thoroughly! Even managed to get in a little bit of fishing at the end of the road. "

"Truly a hidden gem !Very Clean, quiet! Fully furnished, was quite surprising! Family enjoyed the quick little stay! Bakery at bottom of hill was a treasure to find! FYI don’t drive a luxury or antique car to this location, it’s off the beaten path but TOTALLY worth it!"

"This was an absolutely beautiful property!!! Loved all The farm animals (horses, chickens, roosters, peacocks and piggies!). The cabins were so well kept and cozy. The property itself was absolutely beautiful if you enjoy animals and the great outdoors! We did not want to leave!!! We will absolutely be coming back to this property! "Stayed here for a short weekend getaway in winter, absolutely gorgeous place. Off the beaten track, but easy enough to get to some fun places around. House was cozy as you can ask for, wood stove, wood paneling, comfy bed and a couch you can doze off while listening to the fire crackling. Do be aware that you're not in a very good cell-signal area, as we got a bit turned around heading around the nearby park, and some of the "roads" marked on Google Maps are actually snowmobile trails that...

"This was my 2nd stay. It’s a nice little cabin with the very basic necessities. The beds are comfortable and the place is relatively clean. The downstairs does have a bit of a dog smelt, but nothing overwhelming or terrible. The description is very accurate. Internet is a bit slow and WiFi signal isn’t very strong. The hosts are very kind and communicate in a timely manner. I would stay again. "
