"The only thing to like is that it is somewhat secluded and quiet. It is unsafe, uncomfortable, and outdated. It was a horrible experience from the beginning. We had to pay for the whole stay since day 1. The hotel is very old with light switches that don't work and lamps without lightbulbs. It has a look from the 50s and the furniture and decor definitely looks like it has been there since the beginning. That is not the biggest issue though. We had a bag of Disney T-shirts stolen from our room!...

"DIRTY DIRTY. SMELL LIKE PEE AND BLOOD ALL OVER THE WALLS IN THE ROOM AND BATHROOM. Didnt stay. Went straight back to office and told them to refund money and clean room. BIG HEALTH ISSUE. The front desk WAS AWARE of room condition and still rent it without deep cleaning. Stay away."

"The location was so close to the Disney parks, which was the only reason for my trip, so that was great. The hotel did offer a free shuttle, but it wasn’t until after opening for all the parks, which we wanted to be there for open, so we opted for doing Uber trips back and forth. The bathroom in the room was actually perfect. Looked great and was super clean with great water pressure. One downside of the room was that immediately walking in, a strong smell of mildew. Not a fan of that. Overall...

"Everything was perfect from check in to check out even using all the pools, hot tub etc of the property. The location was perfect love all the shops and restaurants around close to all theme parks. The room was very spacious and Comfortable. "

"We stayed for a wedding that was 5 mins drive away. Grounds were well kept, buggies for transport throughout the site if needed. No mini market on site so be prepared although walmart was a 5 min drive. Our villa appartment was huge! We thought we were going to a hotel apartment but these turned out to be blocked appartment villas. Very nice! Well equipped with all your home comforts. We didnt rent a car but ubers were very reasonable and the airport was about a 30 minute journey. Overall a great stay! "
