"As always staff is very friendly. This time I had to rate 4 stars instead of 5 due to me having to change rooms in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was the guests who previously stayed in our room or if it was the cleaning staff but when my son took a shower around 12am (after the theme park) the bathroom mirror fogged up and the words “Jesus Loves You” with a huge cross appeared. In the middle of the night me alone with my kids it freaked them out and we had to switch all of our stuff...

"The only thing to like is that it is somewhat secluded and quiet. It is unsafe, uncomfortable, and outdated. It was a horrible experience from the beginning. We had to pay for the whole stay since day 1. The hotel is very old with light switches that don't work and lamps without lightbulbs. It has a look from the 50s and the furniture and decor definitely looks like it has been there since the beginning. That is not the biggest issue though. We had a bag of Disney T-shirts stolen from our room!...

"DIRTY DIRTY. SMELL LIKE PEE AND BLOOD ALL OVER THE WALLS IN THE ROOM AND BATHROOM. Didnt stay. Went straight back to office and told them to refund money and clean room. BIG HEALTH ISSUE. The front desk WAS AWARE of room condition and still rent it without deep cleaning. Stay away."

"For off Disney property, its close to the parks. For the price of this hotel it offers free parking and free breakfast cant beat this value. Rooms are quite large compared to regular hotel rooms and clean. Great hotel for a quick getaway trip to the parks. "
