Kirkwood Mountainside Cottage with Deck, Walk to Lifts!

Cozy Caples Cottage nestled in Kirkwood Valley. Prime location between Timber Creek & Kirkwood Village. 5 min walk ski lifts, also in shuttle route. Ski to the bottom of driveway from Home Run Trail when getting off the mountain. This is to great place to stay and enjoy this hidden gem of a mountain.

Bedroom includes two queen beds and smart TV. Living space includes two futons, smart TV, kitchen table, full kitchen (except dishwasher) and blue tooth stereo. Radiant heating, warm, clean and relaxing. Outside area includes a deck and grill with mountain views.

Both TVs include Hulu (full cable package), Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ already registered.

Property is a corner unit in a culdesac, and is located around the lower deck of the home with a private entrance. This is a downstairs unit, some sound may transmit from neighbors above. Cottage is compact in size.

Parking: There is designated parking located along the private driveway (uncovered). No parking is allowed in the culdesac, this area must be kept clear for emergency vehicles and snow removal during the winter season.

During ski season there is a free shuttle that picks up near the bottom of the driveway and drops off throughout the Kirkwood Base Area. Additionally, the lifts are a short walk in either direction.

Kirkwood is a mountain town and gets a large amount of snow during the winter season. Please be prepared to travel during inclement weather.
