"Once we got a room it was nice and clean. However, upon our arrival around 8pm, they said they didn't have a room for us. they put us temporarily in a room with 1 king bed. We'd asked for 2 beds because we were travelling with our 15 yr old grandson. They were out of rollaway beds too. She was very nice, but an hour and a half later they finally found a room for us wth 2 beds. No discount was offered because there was no manager on duty."

"I stayed a week at Best Western after a terrible experience with Clarion Hotel next door. I was looking for to move to the area. The staff and management were extremely cordial. The week flew by and it felt safely than staying at the hotel next door which had homeless people roaming the parking lot. That being said, if I were to ever stay at a hotel for a reasonable price in Duluth, I would stay there again. The breakfast was good and the location was very convenient with plenty of shopping...
