"We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!"

"My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Galvan Estate for two nights, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the house was. It was clear that the owners take great pride in their property. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the backyard. It was a beautiful space where we spent many hours relaxing and enjoying each other’s company. The fire pit was the perfect touch, keeping us warm as we gathered around in the evenings with our drinks, sharing stories and laughter under the stars. The owners and the property manager were incredibly pleasant to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, making the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay. Our kids were especially thrilled with the basketball court, which provided endless entertainment. It was fantastic to see them active and having fun in such a great outdoor setting. Overall, The Galvan Estate exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. "We liked staying here. Very nice and comfortable rooms. It was at the top of a steep hill, so walking was not comfortable for all of us. It was a short Uber ride to the NCL cruise terminal. We dined mostly at the coffee bar in the am in the lobby - did not try the restaurant (which seemed pricey). They did let us check in a little bit early so we could drop our luggage and go to the waterfront - so hiugh marks for service there overall. We also explored the Space Needle and Pike Place Market from here - again easy to get Uber rides from and to here."
