"Guest check in was very easy. Property owner was very responsive and offer information. The house was very beautiful and extremely comfortable. Had everything you need linen and kitchen wise. "Two couples stayed for a long weekend during an historical heat wave. And even with the heat we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with the shadinees of the of tree canopies over the hot tub and the very comfortable covered porch.The secured umbrella stand on the dock also allowed us to spend ample time on the dock, and some of our party also kayaked. "Very quiet remote location with wonderful views of the creek. House is “new” with modern appliances and creature comforts yet comfortable and cozy. Plenty of room for even large groups to be comfortably together as well as secluded privacy when desired. Owners have thought of everything a guest could need . Communication with owner was easy and timely. Wonderful state park minutes away offering plenty of outdoor activities. Great experience"

"I was looking for a nice, quiet, and relaxing, vacation. This property did not disappoint. The house was comfortable, cozy, well stocked, and so clean. The view is incredible. Just sitting outside watching the river was so "Zen". I had one of the most restful vacations ever. I was there for a little over two weeks and I would have stayed longer if I could have, Kim, the host, was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying at this beautiful property again."

"We stayed here for a wedding for our son. Our first interaction was with Ray, who is simply a delight to speak with. If you ever book this property, make sure to bring up baseball with Ray. The home is awesome. The pictures do not do this property justice. The backyard by thr creek is just wonderful. We took advantage of the kayaks. Overall a great stay. "This is a repeat visit to Debbie and George’s oasis on the Coan River and we will be back! Not only have we made great family memories at the fabulously appointed Bundick Cottage, but we have gained a friend in the most gracious hosts.
