"We stayed for four nights . Lovely and helpful staff, really good service. Our room was a little cramped for us. Good bed and shower. Morning and evening service. The hotel is situated near major attractions and streets. The hotel has a nice bar. Hosted several parties or gatherings so lobby was sometimes a bit noisy, crowded and we could smell the smoking. The last morning awoke from a loud alarm, don’t know what it was. We recommend this hotel especially due to its location and staff."

"Just finished our 5th stay at the Egerton. While this boutique hotel is beautiful, it’s the wonderful staff that keep us coming back. They are warm and always eager to share recommendations and make arrangements in order to make our stay memorable. We also love the location as it is on a quiet street and a short walk to South Kensington station.
