Basement and Garage are reserved for Host usage and storage. Please do not enter the Garage or the basement. Please do not enter the Storage shed in the yard.

Cushions and other items are available in the deckboxes around the yard.

Please load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher, if you could start it before checkout that would be wonderful.

Please keep food and drink out of the bedrooms.

Wifi and TV are available, please leave remotes for televisions on the night stands of the rooms.

Please lock the front door when you leave.

There is a large driveway for parking. It's against by-law to park in the middle of the cul-de-sac. If you have additional vehicles, please find alternative locations for parking.

Pool is for use at own risk. Any children under 5 must wear a life jacket. No Diving in the shallow area. Do not run near the pool or on the pool deck.

We ask that you not go the back area behind the shed as there is loose debris and could be hazardous.
