"We usually do a VT ski vacation, but decided to stay a little closer to home this year. This house was the perfect location for skiing Belleayre. The house was a delight! Very clean, great design for hanging out in the evening. The view of the ski mountain was cool! We watched the groomers lights in the evening. We are planning to repeat this trip next year & hope to stay here again . All communication was great. Check in & out very easy. "

"What has become a regular winter Woodstock retreat turned into something magical with the beauty, warmth and smart comfort of Nick’s home. His friendly affect and many small touches made this one of the best home-bases for me in my decades of solo retreats. Secluded, woodsy with beautiful A-Frame design but 10 minutes to either Woodstock or Saugerties. Great cooking kitchen, treadmill, great sound and entertainment or quiet nooks for writing and reading. Good heat and warm floors. Bathtub....

"I stayed several days in October. The cabin was cozy, clean and just as described. My ducks loved the pond and the little waterfall. The other cabin was a bit close so next time I will rent both and have my family come up with me. You could hear the noise from the road even though it was not that close nor could you see it. "Went on an upstate retreat with some friends and our partners - 8 people total. The rooms were lovely and the kitchen was fully furnished. They even provided a little s’mores kit in the fridge (although we only ended up using the marshmallows for hot chocolate). We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it seemed well maintained and clean. Fireplace came stocked with plenty of wood. 10/10 would rebook if the opportunity ever came!"
