"It was a great location, quiet area but easily walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops in Lauderdale by the Sea. The room was very clean.The owner responded quickly. It would have been nice to have an ice machine. "

"This cottage is the perfect location in Delray. Cozy and clean. The cottage was well equipped. Mindi was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. This is a great option for a couple. We stayed here with our dog for a week and we’re not disappointed."

"There seems to be 3 rooms being rented and I think rooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom. Room 3 had its own bathroom. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Nice tile floor and shower but paint was sloppy. Picture sent to us is very different than the actual look of the place in landscaping, color and roof line so we weren't sure we had the right place until the code worked on the door. Self check in. You may or may not see a manager."

"The room was as advertised unit actually smaller than I had imagined. The room was clean and had the appropriate amenities except that the closet was not usable as there was a table that was placed in the closet such that clothes could not be hung. I suggest rearranging the closet and remove the table so that the closet is usable."

"Nice -everything was great but shower pressure was a bit weak. It rained all week so the flight of stairs got a bit tough for me…"

"Not a nice place. Not even enough toilet tissue. Very poor directions and poorly and mis marked so hard to find. Weird little neighborhood. Tiny and not comfortable."

"Our family of four and two small dogs evacuated from the west coast due to hurricane Milton. Beautiful neighborhood and lovely home."

"All good except only 2 bath towels that had the weight of a dish towel and no bath soap is provided. I usually don't travel with bars of soap. Neighborhood looks sketchy but it was ok"

"When we arrived we had troubles with keypad. Could not park in driveway. They required street parking. We stayed 5 nights and only provided with 1 bath towel each.. also found a cockroach on our last night. There was only 1 small extra blanket.. we were told to be out by exactly 10am and the cleaning lady was right behind us yet we were asked to take garbage cans out to the road for them. Ive stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the least accommodating of all.."

"Spacious updated guesthouse, nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Also has a nice private patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. It was close enough to the tennis center we decided to walk and enjoy the neighborhoods and downtown community. Would definitely stay here again.."

"Very comfortable 3 night stay. Approx 3 blocks from the ocean, 5-7 minute walk. We appreciated the heated pool, beach towels, shampoo and body wash. Grounds are well maintained with tropical plants and aesthetics. Good amount of parking spaces. Recommend bringing your own pillow, coffee & filters, conditioner. Staff not there 24/7 so just plan accordingly and don’t be a diva- they are very kind and accommodating. Great value for the price! "

"My son and I found a deal on this property at the last minute for a soccer tournament. We had an ocean front studio unit with a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa.
