"Check-in was easy. Desk open 24hrs. The room was small but as expected. Everything clean and decent for the price. We had a shared bathroom of which there were two on our floor and very clean. A basic, budget room and just what we needed. Good location and secure. "

"Check-in was efficient and welcoming. George was on reception and a really lovely guy, polite and courteous. Our room was a small twin room on the 3rd floor (there was a lift). Compact bathroom with shower and toilet. Kettle, hair dryer provided with sachets of tea and coffee. Flat screen TV with Freeview. Simple, clean, compact room, perfect to use as a base. 5 minute walk to Kings Cross and lovely pubs minutes away. Camden Market is a 35min walk. Will definitely stay again when back in London....

"I wasn't expecting my room to be on the third floor (fourth floor, by American standards) and the stairs were a challenge. This may have been noted on the website and I may have missed it. However, I was offered help getting my bags up when I arrive and down again on my departure. This situation also encouraged me to get out and walk around. I came downstairs in the morning and didn't return and go up those stairs until I well and truly ready for bed."
