Had trouble turning the shower on & the handle came right off! "The unit worked out well. It was very clean and functional. The fireplace and deck were pleasant. We did not cook. The only problem was the second bedroom was up a narrow staircase. All three of us are elderly and couldn't negotiate the stairs. So the lone person slept on the couch."

"Every September or school lacrosse program comes to Ellicottville for their fall lacrosse festival. We needed a place to stay, kind of last minute, and this property was perfect. It was directly across the street from the Holiday Valley resort. This was in the perfect location for everything. "My husband and I wanted a quick getaway and came across Rob and Lisa’s listing. Pictures don’t do it justice. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need. Check in/check out directions were easy to follow. The scenery is stunning and we used the fire pit both nights. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. Others have mentioned that the upstairs tenants were loud. You can hear people walking around but for us it was tolerable. We’ll definitely be back!"
