« I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an iron 4 times and didn’t receive it. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to get one. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I will be frequently Kuwait and will not consider this hotel. »

« Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, especially at the desk and the breakfast. The hotel is large, with a nice pool (although it's more for fun than for swimming). The room is spacious but the bathroom could use a renovation since the tub is a bit small and the shower faucet and taps felt quite old. But there's a bidet which is a huge plus and not common in hotels. The bed was very comfy. Unfortunately the aircon flow was shooting directly on the desk where you place the computer to work...
