River Run Condo w/ Great Location for Easy Access to Dining, Shops & Gondola!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 across one king bed, one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful décor throughout as well as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The private balcony overlooks River Run Village, and you’re ideally located steps away from shopping and restaurants and you’re just a short walk from the high-speed gondola.

The living area features hardwood flooring, a large flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that overlooks River Run Village.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features dark granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The extendable dining table comfortably seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding plus a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a mounted flat screen TV and a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Excellent location for ski lifts

Everything looked great and property mgr was great at communicating with us! One tub wasn’t draining very well and maintenance came by the following day and fixed it. We were a family of five with youngest 18 years. We had plenty of space. Enjoyed being close to everything. Would have been nice to have some hot pads in kitchen but got by using wash clothes and towel. Overall a great stay and would return!

Decent condo

Positives of the condo: clean, great location and distance from base of mountain, great communication with manager, view of skiers coming down the mountain. Negatives: far away from elevator at end of the hallway, stairs are close by, dated building and unit, dirty ski locker with a lot of water at the bottom, dishwasher doesn’t work well, cheap plastic shades that break easily on patio door. Overall we enjoyed it.

Ice bath

Well the listing doesn’t say that the building is on a boiler system for the whole building. I turned shower on to take a shower after snowboarding and had to run it for 20 mins for it to get like cold. Warm wasn’t in the question. The rest of the unit was good and but a warm shower would have been nice I contacted. The people that rented the unit and their response was just like”yeah that’s normal”and “try to shower at off peak times. That’s a wild response. Idk if I would stay at this property again simply for the fact you have to take a ice bath/cold plunge shower

Great Location

Great location for summer festivals! Listing says updated kitchen. However dishwasher was broken, fell to the ground and hits your feet if not aware. Screens for porch need uodating. Unit has a plethora of fans in the closet but many are not functioning. Plus side beds were extremely comfortable and had great linens. Bathrooms have great pressure and unit is close to the stairs for a quick walk down to the village.

Fantastic location in River Run Village, walk to the gondola (ski lift) and restaurants within minutes. The property manager is excellent, very responsive to our texts during our stay (pilot light was out and toaster didn’t work). Comfortable beds, clean unit with views overlooking the village.

Nice Spot

It was a nice stay in the perfect location. You never have to leave the village if you dont want to as shops and restaurants are just below the unit. The condo was really nice. There were just a couple minor issues. The hot water wasn't working on one of the days so our showers were cold. This wasn't an issue the other two days. The second thing was that it wasn't ideal for younger children. We had to "toddler proof" a lot. This is the perfect spot for couples, friends or families with older kids. Overall we enjoyed it and would come back again when the kids are older.

Weekend Getaway with the ‘Rents

The space was perfect for our family of 3 and my parents. The staff was super helpful and quick to respond to a hair dryer needing replaced. Very clean, but there’s no AC so we did get pretty warm in July.

Warm and inviting

The property was warm and inviting. Well furnished. Enjoyed the central location and short walk to the lifts. Only disappointment was 2 of the three hot tubs didn’t work and others who were there said that they hadn’t worked in over a week so it wasn’t a current problem.

Great place in keystone!

All was awesome. Clean rental and great area. The ONLY problem was many of the restaurants had weird hours and were closed even when hours said they should have been open. Love silver mill and summit county rentals was great. No issues!

Ideal location, nice place

Being able to walk to the Keystone lifts from the house was amazing. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby also. The condo itself was very nice and clean. The beds are amazingly comfortable. However, it is quite small, and storage space is very limited. The closets are already quite full, so nowhere to put your suitcases and not much room to put away your clothes if you don't want to live out of your suitcases. The kitchen is very functional but really small. It can only accommodate one person at a time unless you want to continually bump into each other. Overall a really great stay. Space was limited, but it was totally worth it for the location!

Great location at Keystone. Within walking distance to the gondola for skiing/snowboarding! Easy check-in process and everything is very detailed and thorough in their guest book. Wonderful hot tubs and other amenities. Would absolute recommend!! We will definitely be coming back.
