The Tennis Townhomes are located right at the base of Tenderfoot Mountain, surrounded by mature trees. Tennis Townhomes is the quiet mountain getaway many travelers are looking for! Tennis Townhomes are central to everything in Keystone including restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Nearby bike trails lead down the hill to the Keystone golf courses, Lake Dillon. Shuttle Stop - A free shuttle stop is right at the edge of the property and can take you all over Summit County. You can walk to the Keystone Lake/Ice Skating and the Lakeside Village. The Lake Village has restaurants and shopping. Tennis townhomes is also located right next to the Keystone Conference Center. The Club House is at the front of Tennis Townhomes, it has an outdoor pool, an indoor/outdoor hot tub, a sauna as well as men's and women's changing rooms. Towels are provided for your convenience. The Keystone Convenience Mart is a few minutes walk and they provide groceries Liquor, and a gas station.

Welcome to our terrific mountain getaway in beautiful Keystone, Colorado! All engineered flooring, NO CARPETING! Our home sleeps six and offers two and a half bathrooms. Come, enjoy the spectacular views and comfort of our mountain home. The deck affords wonderful views across the mountain range. The beautiful gas fireplace is great for cozy evenings. A short drive or free shuttle ride takes you to River Run and Mountain House villages. Our spacious condo sleeps six people, has two full baths and a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen (regular coffee maker and a Keurig), and everything you need for a wonderful mountain vacation, summer or winter.

Our property is set up as follows: A master bedroom with a queen bed, private bath and TV/VCR. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a private bathroom as well. There is also a pull-out couch that sleeps two. All linens are provided and there is laundry in the property. Ultimately this property sleeps 6.

Pets can be approved for this property - It is up to the owner - $50 per day per pet with a 2-pet limit and the $49 for damage insurance is required, additional deposits may be required for approval of pet stay and any deposits required shall be paid via ACH.

Keystone offers skiing, hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking, golfing, and snowshoeing among many other amenities. A 2-minute drive from our home takes you to Keystone Lake and River Run villages where you’ll find restaurants, shopping, and some of the best runs in Colorado. For golfers, Keystone offers some of the best golfing in all of Colorado! We are centrally located near the mountain villages of Montezuma (15 min), Vail (30 min), Frisco (10 min), Copper Mountain (15 min), and Breckenridge (20 min). The Outlets at Silverthorne are 10 minutes away and offer 44 stores to shop and save in.

All AIRBNB, Booking, Expedia, and other platform guests are required to fill out a pre-registration which shall include a valid credit card for incidentals. This is done through a secure system (Adobe Sign), which is compliant with all federal laws for security and storage.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in Keystone....the location was fantastic. We could easily get to everything we wanted to do by either walking, or a quick drive! The condo itself was very cute, clean and well appointed. We would gladly stay here again!

Nice, comfortable accommodation. Keystone had a very good bus system to get to main ski lift. Not many restaurants. Had to drive into Dillon/ Silverthorne. If cooking in, City Market near by for groceries. I would rent again.

Great Place
Booked this condo last minute and was pleasantly surprised as it exceeded our expectations. Very clean, with gas fireplace (older reviews mentioned a wood fireplace, which it does not have), more amenities than other units we have rented, and although the baseboard heating was hot in some areas of the home, it was very comfortable once you get the temperature setting figured out to your preference. Location is great for skiing Keystone and we were able to watch the New Years Eve fireworks from the condo!

Great Spot Close to Keystone
This spot was very close to Keystone. The actual front door to the condo is down quite a few sets of stairs. Noted for bringing gear/food from the car. The bus system was not exactly clear. Some days it runs, other days you have to call. The master shower was unique and could use a little love/updates. The rest of our stay was great! The place is accurate to the description. Nice area to walk around outside the condos. Kitchen was fully equipped. Great main area in the living room. Would recommend!

Late season ski trip
This is a very convenient location. The condo complex amenities were awesome: the outdoor pool was so nice and the sauna was great. The condo has a certain amount of “rustic” charm and a wood fire in the fireplace was very nice. It has a basic but well stocked kitchen. The layout worked well for a family of four and we loved having our dog with us! While it was clean, because the condo and furnishings are fairly dated, it didn’t feel immaculate or particularly luxurious. Unfortunately the shared hot tub, while well conceived in a clubhouse with the sauna and pool, was in need of clean water. While this isn’t necessarily in the control of this condo’s management, it was notable (we used the hot tub anyways). Overall we felt that the condo was a very good value.

Tennis Center 1318
We have stayed in a Tennis Center Condo before. This one was not as nice as the others. There have been some updates to the condo but it is needing more updates for the price paid. The hot water ran out after one of our two kids took a bath. There was someone else's hair other than ours that was left in the bathtub. The front door does not lock very smoothly, You have to finagle the door to get the lock to work properly. There was construction going on during our stay. We do understand that summer is the only time to do some work, but we were not aware of it. The sink in the main bedroom was missing the drain part. There was not dish brush or sponge to wash dishes. There was no product to wipe down counter tops and other surfaces. The washer door did not close very well. The toaster did not work well and was inconsistent. At one point it caught on fire inside the toaster. We love the area and the Tennis Center itself because of the location and the pool/hot tub.
