Key West Stay
I had the pleasure of taking my family to Key West for the weekend. And we had the fortune of staying at this wonderfully located house. It is the perfect distance from everywhere in this beautiful island. The check-in and checkout were seamless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this location to anyone coming down to Key West. Looking forward to doing so again.

Great location, but...
Great location, clean a/c works well. But the bathroom is unvented and not air conditioned. Gets hot and smelly. And the water pressure is weak - barely enough to take a shower. And someone came into the back yard and used the hot tub every night. Also, around 10 PM a loud motorcycle pulls into the driveway.

We only stayed for only one night, for this reason and our purpose was convenient and met our needs perfectly. It was a little difficult to find at first as the map attachment was not accurate, nonetheless we found it and parked our vehicle, even though the spots were tight it was nice to have a spot at our place of stay with no additional cost,as parking can be costly on the street. The location was convenient as it was close to many main tourist attractions, restaurants, and nighlife spots. The only downside that I could comment on is that the backyard patio area and hot tub were not as advertised. It was disappointing as it was unkeep and the hot tub was dirty and not functional.

Cutest little property! Hit tub had no water & the microwave and side of the fridge were a little dirty, but the rest was spotless! Wish we could've stayed longer!

We arrived to property and there was trash in the waste basket and the dead bolt was inoperable (wood was busted out) and the hot tub was filthy (reason we chose property) called and they would contact appropriate people and one day later someone arrives to fix deadbolt and was told someone was coming to clean hot tub but they never showed. we asked for some monetary adjustment and of course we never heard a thing.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our visit to Key West and the location of the house made it easy. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do during our stay. It was very close to Duval Street. Having a parking spot at the house was a big plus for us since we had rented a car and drove from Maimi. The house was just as described and we all thought the two king beds were very comfortable. We also used the hot tub every night to relax after a long day and evening of walking everywhere. We all agreed we would definitely rent this house again when we return.

Perfect Spot to see it all!
This was a perfect house that is much larger than the pictures make it look. The bedrooms were big with extremely comfortable beds. The front porch made the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Evenings were spend in the hot tub relaxing after walking up and down Duval street, seeing every tourist site and even spending time on the beach. Nothing is more than a 15 minute walk away!

First of all, the experience was pleasant and I would consider using Vacasa again. They were very responsive to issues. There are the items that need to be addressed at this property. 1. The porch light does not work. 2. The screen door on the front door does not close properly. 3. Almost every window blind in the house no longer has the wand that is necessary to open and close the blinds.. 4. One of the lamps on the side of the sofa does not work. 5. Something is wrong with the hot tub. We could not get it to work. Vacasa responded immediately and a repair person came out quickly to get the tub working. However, after the tub was on and working, we were unable to turn the hot tub off. 6. The sign on the refrigerator noted that check out time was 11:00 am however, communication from Vacasa indicated that the check out time was 10:00 am. This discrepancy needs to be corrected. 7. One of the bathroom light bulbs is burned out.

We only stayed one night but we love this place. Located a short walk from Duvall Street, which leads to everything. Loved the hot tub, and honestly one of the most comfortable beds every!

Cozy Cottage but not very tranquil
The positives of this house were the great location, clean house, and nice roomy bedrooms. The kitchen could use an update but it was functional, and while there was only one bathroom there is a nice outdoor shower which helps when multiple people are trying to get ready. On the less positive side, the deck in the back yard where the hot tub is is rotting away and needs to be replaced as it is a hazard. The biggest drawback is the night time noise. There is a very loud bar a few doors down across the street that stays open until 4:30am. Those staying in the front bedroom can hear that noise very clearly as well as all manner of street noises like scooters, garbage collectors, other noisy neighbors etc. Having the a/c on helps but does not drown out the noise.

We booked this property because it was identified as being a property where 6 adults could fit. While the property was clean the overall condition was in a bit of rough shape. The screen door does not close and there paint is chipped and scuffed. Door handles were lose and seemed like they could fall off at any time. We had 6 adults in our party and the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was very old so the bars were very prominent as you laid down. If the pullout couch is set up there is no way to access the kitchen and it is a tight squeeze between the couch and other furniture to get to the bathroom. There is also a window above the bathroom door so if it is dark and someone turns on the bathroom light it will shine on the people on the pullout bed. The hot tub was disgusting and looked like it was not appropriately cared for. We were looking forward to using it but after seeing it there was no way. This property is in a great location which was why I gave it 3 stars as location was very important to us.
