Enjoy your vacation in this brand new recreational vehicle with great taste in interior design. This unit has an extended air-conditioned porch with a full kitchen and living room

This amazing unit accommodates a total of 6 guests with 2 bedrooms with queen sized memory foam mattress in each bedroom.

Lot 170 is one of the largest lots in Key Largo Kampground and is located very close to the pool

Guest Access:
Key Largo Kampground & Marina is located 50 miles South of Miami on a quiet 40 acre tropical setting. It is a quarter mile off U.S. 1, one mile South of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.

Our location in Key Largo is the perfect getaway for exploring all the Keys have to offer. John Pennekamp Park offers glass-bottom boats, snorkels, sailing, scuba tours, kayak and paddle-board, rentals and family water fun.

Other things to note:

- Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground. There is maximum capacity of 4 guests per unit.
-Once you book, we will send you a registration form (10 days prior to arrival) which must be completed as soon as possible in order to provide you with a smooth check-in on arrival.

- Check-in time is between 4PM and 10:00PM, unless an earlier check-in has been coordinated with us in advance.
There's no check-in available after 10:00PM.

-Check-out time is 11:00am

- Only 2 vehicles, including boat trailers, are allowed to park in each lot.

- All boats entering the grounds must have a length of 25' max and a width of 8.5' max.

 ● If you’re bringing a boat/trailer, it must fit on your rented lot; if not, boat slips are $39.99+tax/per day and trailer parking for $39.99+tax/per day.  Boat slip and trailer parking are available on a first come, first served basis.  One-time Boat Launching impact fee is $25.00+tax.  Boats are limited to 25 feet maximum

- No smoking allowed inside the units.

- Guests are not allowed to bring jet skis or wave runner inside the campground.

- The campground enforces a 10PM Quiet Time Hours Rule.

Pets are allowed with the following restrictions:

● Two (2) pets maximum per site, with a size limit of 100 pounds each.  No aggressive breeds allowed, including pit bull mixes (see full list below).   Pets must be leashed when off your site.  Please do not leave dogs unattended in the RV as it leads to excessive barking.

List of Aggressive breeds not allowed: Pitbull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Cane Corso, Bull Mastiff and Wolf Hybrid.

Accommodations were as described, Very Nice! Campground was clean & quiet with lots to do. Close to everything in Key Largo. We rode bike everywhere, store, Pennekamp, restaurants, etc. Communications with Ramses were great! Thanks again.

Very nice place. Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. It was very clean and well maintained. Lots of towels and all the kitchen essentials were included. Checking in and out was a breeze thanks to very clear instructions. Owner was always responsive whenever needed. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful trailer home in beautiful campground!
Quiet, clean, private, cozy spot in a wonderful, friendly campground! Pool, small beach, trees, playground…everything you need and more! Close to Publix and great restaurants. My highest praise is for the owner who is by far the best communicator and kindest host I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Any issues were addressed quickly. Highly recommend!

Upon our arrival we were impressed with our accomodations. Clean, well stocked and ready. Bring yourselves, your clothes and some groceries and you're good for as long as you'd like to stay. We were and are impressed. Thankful for the stay. Very enjoyable, and highly recommend.

A Long Weekend!
We are a group consisting of two sisters and their husbands. We were looking for quiet seclusion in the tropical backdrop of Key Largo and this campground did not disappoint. The amenities were great, including a clean and refreshing pool. Most importantly, the facility has maintained a successful coexistence with the surrounding natural habitat.

Unique Camping Experience
This was our first stay at a campground in this type of property. Even though it was a bit different for us, the overall experience was enjoyable. The unit was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, but a bit difficult to get into. In the end, we would recommend this property, as long as you understand what you are getting into.

Roomy, Clean and convienent location
This is our first experience staying in an RV with room attached. It was perfect for us, it was a quiet area, secure and a great location to walk to Hobo's and Publix. We were concerned about the Fla Keys summer heat and if the RV would be cool enough. It was cool and insulated well. Suggestion: A TV in the bedroom would be a nice addition. We'll book again!

Camper plus!
We thoroughly enjoyed our six days in this unique camper with added space! The owner was very attentive to any needs or questions we had. Because the bathroom is right next to one of the bedrooms, I highly suggest you take a sound machine; the sound of the flushing in the middle of the night won’t wake you! The unit was very clean and so great to find shower and sink soaps provided, as well as TP and paper towels. The camper is in a more spacious part of the campground, not in the typical row. We would definitely consider renting this unit again.

Amazing stay in Key Largo!
Amazing experience in Key Largo Florida thanks to Ramses. He made sure my family stay was perfect from the start to the finish. Lot 170 was beautiful and well-kept and the service was great! Communication was very clear and made things super easy. The pool, the amenities and the beaches close by, were outstanding! The RV was cared for clean and well prepared for our staying the whole duration. Acessing areas such as Wi-Fi, propane usage, TV, and much more around the house was laid out very professionally and comfortably. Ramses was also very helpful on local attractions that we could enjoy while staying on property. I highly recommend using Ramses and his property. Thank you, Ramses!
