"It’s as advertised and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed having the game room, and we rotate between beach, pool, and hot tub daily. The property has everything you need. We mostly cook or grill. The Cabana club is excellent for morning swim and leasuring at the beach before it gets too hot. The back lounge chair (overseeing the canal) is an excellent spot to read your book. Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back for sure. "

"A beautiful condo at the beach. It delivered all that was advertised and more. Great location steps from private beach and pool. Fully stocked and ready to enjoy. Perfect location to explore all Marathon Key has to offer. Plus it's an easy drive to Key West which was a fun day trip. Plenty to do it kept us occupied for a week. We had a great time "

"Was very windy all week but the pool was amazing, clean, warm, not crowded. Loved that you could hear the live music next to the pool coming from Havana Jack's. Room was under construction so we received an upgrade, wow! thanks so much! Great to be able to cook some meals or go out, nice views. Wish there were more options on the restaurant menu but the ambiance was super! We had a great time!"

"We lived everything about our stay! Prior to arrival communication with the owner was wonderful. We received an email with information about the area/restaurants/activities that was very helpful and the restaurant suggestions were all amazing! Check in was very easy. The condo was clean and well stocked, exactly as pictured. The pool area was perfect. It wasn’t very crowded, but there were plenty of lounge chairs and shaded table seating. The beach area was beautiful as well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Paper towel, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap were all provided. Beach towels were provided, but if you have little ones that need a dry towel multiple times a day you may want to bring extra or quarters for the dryer (2.00 for washer/2 for dryer). The neighborhood was great for morning walks and Sunset Beach is just down the road for beautiful evening views! We loved our time here and would absolutely stay with these owners again! "

"Perfect setup for a large family vacation. Pool was warm, hottub was a nice feature. Sea wall worked Perfect for a boat to tie off to. Definitely would recommend to others and woul have no problem to stay again if available. "

"So, at first I thought yikes that’s small but have to say no one cared when we sat on that deck facing the water!! It was so beautiful with an awesome sunrise and a nice warm breeze!!The use of the cabana club was a huge plus!! The staff, Scott and Jo Lena were so helpful and accommodating! Very relaxed feeling. Loved the the guys at the marina, also!I would definitely come back to our little floating houseboat, especially coming from the cold state of Maine….it was Heaven!"
