"We had a great time at this property. Less than 10 minutes to Watkins Glen and the Gorge Trail. Multiple wineries with 10 minutes. Also a bunch of markers markets and local farm stores within 20 minutes. We really enjoyed exploring the area and then winding down on the back porch at night after a day out. "Great location just outside of town. You are far enough out of the way to enjoy some peace and quiet but just a short drive to get into the heart of Watkens Glen. "This property is in a perfect location. The house was clean and had all the stuff you could need to enjoy your stay. Silverware, cups, plates towels, blankets, bedding ect. "We had a great stay in Geneva. The Wine Down Bungalow is clean, spacious and perfect for a few nights away. We had the dock to ourselves for the solar eclipse. Great space to stare out onto the lake. Our first morning, the shower water did not get hot. The owners were quick to respond and it was fixed immediately. Very responsive and easy to deal with. "Loved the yoga and meditation session with Suzanne—she is awesome, and this was a great guest perk. (Although the actual on-premises yoga studio was not exactly a breeze to find.) I ate lunch and dinner at the hotel (room service for dinner), and the food was delicious. Staff members throughout were very friendly. Glitch at front desk: asked for early check-in, but room was not ready, fine, said they’d text me. (Two people ahead of me in line were also checking in early and got their rooms)....
