"This house is located in a quaint little village outside of Lendava. Check in was seamless, even in this day and age, an warm greeting via text was greatly appreciated.The house has been recently renovated and it is a wonderful blend of old and new. "Lovely hotel on a mountain top. This time of year is very quiet for them, so there is just a self-check-in. You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Perhaps if you were a female traveler on your own this time of year you may feel a little intimidated because there is no staff on site, but the area itself is very safe. Loved waking up to a view of the Burgenland hilly countryside, so lovely. Good restaurants in the surrounding area, generally less than a ten minute drive. The roads to the hotel are narrow and steep, so if there is snow or ice you would want to make sure you have good winter tires. "

"Was not aware when we booked it that they have Weddings going on every saturday during the summer months would have been good to know as we wouldn't have booked here. 1 of the 2 rooms we rented they had a power saving shower and the battery was dead so we were not able to take a shower as there is no one on site over night to fix the issue. So if you are looking to stay here during the summer months and would like some peace and quiet from late night weddings on the weekend maybe try somewhere else"

Best hotel I've ever been!

"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "
