My only drawback with this hotel is that there is no elevator. I wasnon the 3rd floor. Lucky I only had 1 bag to take up the stairs this stay. I requested the online upgrade from an Atrium queen room to the tower as I figured the pool would be full of kids and the noisy, fun chaos that we are no longer a part of. "Stayed in a Villa and it was huge with a garage. Stayed in the garden view and still had a lake view. Housekeeping staff are amazing! Too cold to use outdoor pools. Carpets need cleaning and/or replacement and the couch cushions need a clean or replacement. Otherwise, the townhome was clean and lovely and had everything we needed. Thank you and we will return!"
