"Check in was easy and everything was explained to us in regards to the pool and services available. Our room was more than we expected. It was large, clean and had a good view. Bed was comfortable and the spa bath was good. The shower was good however the handheld shower didn’t work, we spoke to the lady at reception but wasn’t fixed when we left.
