Penthouse Studio w/ Mtn Sunrise Views; Near Silver

Intimate studio condo boasting great views from the 4th floor deck and an ideal location (Elevator Eq). Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from your deck, or relax in the whirlpool tub. The comfortable décor and rustic furnishings make you feel at home the minute you walk in. If you are looking to socialize, the condo’s club house features large TV, a fireplace, and a pool table. Close proximity to Silver Mountain and within walking distance of Rails to Trails and the famed Radio Brewing.

The condo (unit 405) is locate on the 4th floor and has double doors out to the patio giving great views from both inside and out. With a full kitchen, bath, eating area and a couch this cozy studio gives you enough space to spread out. It also features an elevator making it easy for all guests to access.

The condo is fully furnished with a queen bed, sofa, dinning table and a comfortable cot to sleep additional guests. There is plenty of glassware, silverware, plates and bowls, pots, pans and cooking utensils; so cooking will be no problem! Don't worry about hand washing dishes as there is a dishwasher in our unit! Yokes grocery store is just a few minutes away so that you can stock up on food and beverages with plenty or room to store them in the full size refrigerator, with freezer.

There is in unit laundry(mini) but also a full sized washer and dryer located in the ski locker room. Laundry detergent is provided.

Enjoy complementary tv and wifi along with a stereo so you can enjoy some of your favorite tune (please be respectful of neighbors with volume).

If you would like a little more room to spread out, enjoy the outdoor patio or game room which are shared amongst all condominium owners. The patio offers a place to hang out, eat and enjoy the beautiful Idaho weather. If you prefer to relax indoors, there is a clubhouse which has TV, fireplace, a pool table and is a great place to hang out.

Our stay was very quiet and we loved the scenery. It was pretty close to other towns and things to see. It would have been nice to have chairs on the balcony to sit. There were clean dishes left in the dishwasher we had to unload but other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was very nice and relaxing.

Great little condo for a ski getaway. The condo has everything you need. We were worried about on street parking, but didn't have any trouble. There was always a space available. We will book there again!

Nice top floor condo in a well maintained building. Had everything we would have needed for a longer stay but we just stayed overnight. Bed was a bit uncomfortable for my liking, but overall a great place to stay in Kellogg and cheaper than the nearby resort. Would definitely recommend if you want a quiet place close to ski resort.

Cute unit with beautiful view
The unit is a small studio but was perfect for my son and I for a long weekend. I found some things on the floor left behind by prior renters which made me concerned about cleanliness but other than this it seemed very clean and comfy. The only drawback was the difficult parking. A couple times I had to park about two blocks away. The balcony view is so nice!

Affordable and comfortable efficiency apartment in the hear to Kellogg, ID
This unit was perfect for our extended stay in Kellogg, ID. It is situated in the heart of Kellogg, so it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Silver Mountain gondola, but I enjoyed the walk through town each morning. The view off the balcony was great and overlooks the entire town. Sam is an excellent owner and had great communication throughout our stay. I would definitely come back again.

Stayed for a weekend with 2 small children while visiting family. Super clean, game room, hot tub (which my kids were too young for, BUT there is a jetted tub which we had a blast with), playpen, cot, and high chair. Warning, stairs to the coded door to enter the building which was a little challenging for the suitcases.

driveway
The only drawback with this property for me is that the physical walk up the driveway is very steep and very slick in the winter. I wished there were a handrail. Obviously not a problem at all in the months without snow! Still it is a great little place.

Quiet complex!
This condo is very clean, quiet and relaxing. The only negatives are that the parking is limited to street parking with very few spots available. The only other negative is that the fireplace that’s in the photo of the room is not a working fireplace. I must say though that Sam was willing to work with us regarding the fireplace if we wanted. It wasn’t a must for us & we chose to stay, just a little disappointing. We would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves back in Kellog!
