"This was our second stay at the Nene Nest. We love everything about this house both inside and out! The inside is very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The yard is very private and quiet…love the outdoor shower and it is just a short walk to get to the beach for sunsets. What a way to end each day! Melissa gets an A for communication and we are very thankful that she and Kyle love sharing their beautiful home and town with us! Most definitely 5 stars!"

"We appreciated the quiet side of Kauai with nice weather. The condo location gave us the ability to travel most of the island roads......the condo was well-equipped, close to the beach. We did some snorkeling, but the waves were bigger than we expected. Dinner at the Beach House was perfect our last night. Parking in the garage worked out very well. The owner was easy to work with and shared all needed information in a timely manner with us. "

There is construction and I did not see that until I had already booked it. They do tell you there is construction, at the very bottom tucked away. The pictures that are shown are extremely outdated. Again I like this location I just didn’t like the listing and how it wasn’t more apparent."

"Absolutely a beautiful location right across a street to the seawall.Property was very pretty and nicely decorated. Tall ceiling with beams.We had A few small problems. One was the shower door in the primary bedroom didn’t work properly and we had to take it off for the week. Also the curtains in the primary did not provide enough privacy. And lastly, the stove and cooktop were not good. The burners were all small and when we tried to cook in the oven or on the burners the smoke detector went...
