"A very spacious villa with air-con and several large airy terraces. On the edge of Korfos, a very pretty but small Greek village. So helpful to have free sun beds in Exo Beach bar, other beach bars also lovely. A small number of restaurants, all right by the sea, lovely! The shared pool for the Villa was really nice but could on occasion (mainly weekends) be rather too busy. There was always the beach though. The Villa fairly basically equipped but mostly adequate although only one wineglass...

"The villa was great - spacious for 4, clean and well equipped. The views from the terrace were amazing. The ping-pong and football tables were much appreciated and of course the pool was fantastic. The host, Despina, was very welcoming and helpful. There are nice beaches nearby but bear in mind that you will need transport to get to them - and the local roads are narrow, winding and sometimes quite potholed. Overall, a very nice spot if you're willing to go slightly off the beaten track...

"We enjoyed every moment we were in the home. The pictures online do not do justice for how beautiful every detail inside the home was. We were aware of the distance for shopping and restaurants but the 12 minute drive to the main road was worth every minute once arriving to the home. "Villa Thalia was perfect for our multigenerational family The children adored the pool and there were lots of places to sit and relax The view from the upstairs terrace is breathtaking Being able to walk to the local beach and tavernas was a bonus with a well stocked supermarket a short drive up the hill. "Billi is an awesome host, super accomodating, very responsive to requests and questions, very informative to the local area....can not say enough about her and her property. We did a week in Athens first, which is very busy and was not a relaxing portion of our vacation, nor did we expect it to be. We followed that week with a week in Billi's house in Perachora.....so glad we did. So easy to relax here, such a quite place to unwind and let the last weeks anxiety of crazy Athens uptempo life...

"We thought the hotel was quite run down. The lifts were slow and tiny. Breakfast was stressful and tense. The table cloth was damp which was particularly unpleasant, the waiters were rushed off their feet so eager to clear dirty dishes on utility trolleys noisily; the buffet was disorganised with cups away from hot drinks, spoons away from other cutlery. It was a shamble all round. We enjoyed the platform over the sea to jump from. "

"This property is RIGHT ON THE WATER. There is NO road to cross to get to the beach. The water actually touches the hotel and it is amazing! There are very few hotels in Greece that are on the water and many use deceptive marketing to make you think they are on the beach. Our room was so clean. The ceilings are very high and the rooms are modern with lovely furniture. The view of the sea from every dining area was stunning. The swimming in the ocean was fantastic and there are little hermit crabs you can pick up and show the kids. The beach is rocky so wear water shoes. Whomever designed this hotel thought of it all. The deck with sun chairs hugs the edge of the hotel and tapers down onto a little beach, so there are sun chair areas that are covered, in case of rain. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was very nice with eggs cooked in every style. There is a lovely restaurant on the premises. For lunch and dinner and you can order while at the beach. You can even take a walk down the promenade towards town and it is safe. We walked with the kids down to a park. I’ve been almost everywhere in Greece, islands and mainland Greece and this was my favorite hotel. Will stay again! "
