"Very nice and comfortable family spot. No restaurant on site which was too bad and for three nights, no housekeeping. There were tennis and pickle ball courts which was fun for the kids. Lots of folks walking and several small swimming pools. The unit was outdated and generally clean but could use a deep clean and some updates. The location was great, right off the water and close enough to Kailua-Kona as well as a nice shopping center with all the essentials, a weekly farmers market and the best shaved ice we’ve ever had! "This was a great location to use as our base to explore different areas of the island each day. It was also very nice to relax by the pool each evening after our daily adventures and to watch the sunset into the ocean. "We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and infant). This is our 13th trip to the island and I have never experienced this kind of positive experience. We stayed for 14 nights. I gave this review 4 stars for the check in process because the person in charge of changing the lock box code stated he wasn’t expecting us to check in that day BUT Sandy is phenomenal- she responded immediately. We had a few hiccups at check in (in addition to the lock box code) but the issues were resolved quickly....

"Million Dollar views! Conveniently located to town. Not too close, not too far. Was there for Ironman and it was a perfect place to be. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had an air conditioner unit that worked very well. Kitchen had updated appliances. Beautiful little community with a pool and tennis courts. We had a choice of watching the sunsets from the lanai, or a 1 minute walk to the beach. Sandy was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay there, again, in a heartbeat!"
