Kawaguchiko Natural Living Center Tours and Activities

We stayed with family of five. Monday Apartments are a nice touch to hotel living, the facility and staff were well prepared to address any of our needs, as well it was clean, modern and well taken care of and supplied. Location is very convenient for travelling to and from Airport and Shikensan ( both of which we used from the hotel) and Tokyo central and all major shopping districts. We would stay here again when in Tokyo.

We enjoyed our stay here. A couple of negatives for us was no English Channel on the TV (just to catch up on news etc) also we felt for us dining options were very limited close by - we went up to Ginza for restaurants etc about a 15 min walk or short taxi ride. Several supermarkets very close to the property. Close to metro stations and taxis everywhere Staff always helpful and friendly. We stayed 8 days and with this we could only have a cleaning/linen change once but you can have fresh towels by just asking at the desk. You have to use a code every time you use the lift and also another code to enter your room. No phone in the apartment you need to use your mobile if you wish to contact reception or go down there and speak to a receptionist.Small well equipped kitchen, good hot water, no tea towels provided you leave the dishes on a drying rack.

Everything is great! Bed sheets has some small dust accumulated.
