"Alex, a young man from France, checked us in and was especially helpful and kind. We took his recommendation for authentic Cajun food and it was excellent. Donelle, the manager was wonderful as well, giving us a personal tour of the house along with many stories. She and her family were part of the rich history of the area, so she had many inside anecdotes. This is a special place to stay if you have any interest in delving deeper into Lafayette and Cajun heritage."

He completely transformed this run down property into some place you can actually look forward to staying at whenever visiting or just needing to get away.
