Great place, great location
You can't find a better place for an amazing view. And, the location is perfectly situated where you can get to either side of the island fairly quickly. We'll definitely be back!

Would Stay Here Again!
Gave 5 stars for the following reasons-- --CLEAN! --Well-stocked with not only the necessities, but also beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chest --the view! (the balcony overlooks the ocean) --AC in bedroom works very well! --we had an issue with something in the condo, called the property manager, and she was there within one hour to fix it We loved our stay in this condo, we have no complaints, and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
View is absolutely beautiful and even better in person. Had all the accommodations we needed for our stay (beach chairs, kitchen needs, laundry, etc). The air conditioning worked great in the bedroom. Definitely would stay here again!

Wow what a view

Perfect location and view
We loved having a balcony to watch the sun rise and have breakfast. It was walkable to shops and restaurants. Also centrally located for drives north and south.

Amazing Stay
Amazing view from the balcony where we enjoyed our meals, watching the sunrise and taking in the scenery. The unit was centrally located, comfortable and met our needs. Management was responsive. Shopping and restaurants at Coconut Marketplace, beachfront food and drinks at Lava Lava and great baked goods at Passion Bakery all within easy walking distance. Look forward to returning someday!

Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
We had the opportunity to stay here in December, and it was just what we needed. The location is excellent, as it is relatively centrally located to a variety of areas. The sunrises were a beautiful way to start each day. The condo itself is well-furnished. This was a great experience for us.

Very Clean!
This was a nice place to stay with great views of the ocean! It was spotlessly clean even though it is an older condo. There is a fabulous bakery across the street with amazing malasadas. My only complaint, if I had one, is the traffic noise in the morning since it is right off the main road. We ran the fan all night for white noise.

This property is close to shopping and restaurants. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The pool area is lovely and quiet. The condo itself is okay but needs more updating and maintenance.

Best place ever!
This is the best Place on Hawaii we have ever stayed! There is no place in this unit that you can’t hear the ocean, and from the living room and kitchen the view is magnificent! Air conditioning in the bedroom made the hot Hawaiian nights very good for sleeping, and warm trade winds were such a pleasure out on the lanai. Fully equipped kitchen was great for cooking the morning breakfast. Management was super friendly and helpful about Island knowledge! Super convenient location for island exploring! Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Kauai!

We enjoyed our 3rd stay In Kauai. We had everything we needed. However, shame on the owners for not updating their unit. A little paint and upkeep goes a long way. Screens in windows and sliders need replacing, countertops were peeling and actually disintegrating over kitchen sink. Windows in bedroom need replacing…I’m pretty sure there is mildew and mold on the wall around the window. Everything in the unit felt wet and damp. I’m sorry to say I would not rent this unit again.

Great view.
Overall a nice place. Calm and a private balcony view. Pool was also calm during our stay. AC was a small floor unit, so a little louder than wall units ones. Small commercial area at 2-3 minutes walk, but overall quiet area. The beach near our wailua bat view was a little windy and with lots of waves, so it was beautiful but not the best one to enjoy beach sport/activities/swimming and snorkeling.

The price was right
We love Wailua Bay View. The view is EVERYTHING! Unit 313 could definitely use some TLC, but we were happy to find it because it was priced accordingly. Management (Premier Kauai Vacation Rentals) gets 5 stars. Cindy was super responsive to anything that came up during our stay!

AMAZING VIEW!
We spent 2 weeks in room #313 over looking the ocean. It has a spectacular view! We’ve spent many weeks here in the past years, but have never felt so welcomed. We walked into our condo with Hawaiian music playing on the tv and Hawaii treats awaiting us on the table. We felt very special - Thank you! The 2 beach chairs, umbrella & cooler were also very appreciated. Mahalo 🌸

Condo with great views.
The washroom could have been cleaned better. Hair around toilet seat and in shower. The appliances should be updated. Great location with beautiful views as well as close to amenities. Also the extras were a step above. Eg. snorkels and beach equipment. Great having AC for the bedroom. Would recommend to a friend.

Loacation was great view was 2/3 great and 1/3 hiway. JESSE, the property manager was great and a wealth of information including the derelict Coco Palms across the street. The unit was OK. Kitchen was marginal, in need of a remodel. The counter top was cracked and repaired with tape the toaster would not work, the top of the fridge was filthy and rusted. Pool isn't heated..too cold for grandkids. All things considered we would stay there again but in a different unit away from the road. All things considered we enjoyed the

The best backyard you'll ever have!
We stayed at Wailua Bay Condos for 10 days to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It was a fabulous vacation with more things to do than there were days to do them in. The condo is on the 3rd floor, and from your private balcony you have an amazing view of the ocean that never gets old. The check in and out process is super easy as the unit has a keyless entry. The washer/dryer unit in the condo made keeping our laundry done super convenient. There are plenty of extra towels, including beach towels to use during your stay. The two beach chairs and umbrella were so handy as we spent every afternoon on the beach. All in all, even though we didn't spend much time inside, the condo met all of our needs and was a nice place to stay.

Lovely condo and beautiful view
Only suggestions for improvement would be pretty minor. The view was fantastic, the complex felt very safe, and the space was well cleaned. But air conditioning for the living room/ kitchen would help the stay be immensely more comfortable, we would not have survived without the fans constantly going and the air conditioning in the bedroom. Maybe some complimentary kitchen supplies such as sugar for tea/coffee, main condiments in fridge etc Couldn’t find a baking tray when we went to reheat some pizza. That’s an easy fix Overall very lovely place and good location

Great view
The price was very nice. The condo needs to be updated. Some repairs need to be made. When entering bathroom the nails are coming up. The view was great. The things we used in the kitchen mostly worked. Plenty of towels. I had to wash the sheets before we slept on them, 😥 which made for a very long day. Many walls need to be washed. All in all is was ok. Not sure if I would rent it again. Maybe just now sure.

Just okay
This property was fine. Definitely much older than the pictures suggest. But we were fine with that. Honestly the only deal breaker for us was we assumed since it was right on the water we would have a good ocean breeze and for some reason, with the way it’s situated, you can feel any breeze at all!! Like even on the balcony the air is stagnant. The temperature inside was stifling and made sitting in the living room miserable even with fans. The bedroom has an ac unit for sleeping which saved us. I honestly wouldn’t have made it without that. This property was fine but I wouldn’t stay there again. I understand not all condos have AC on the island and that’s fine, but this property is just too hot to be comfortable. Otherwise……it was okay.
