If you don't want your room cleaned, they leave water and towels in a tote outside your door, which I loved. We did have an issue with the air purifier in the room. "The hotel was located in a convenient and lovely location. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were attended to for room service each day which kept the room neat and tidy. The room itself was small but cozy. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced.
