"Beautiful property but the food was not great at the restaurants we were pushed to make reservations with. The buffet was the same food as the restaurant food just on a different scale. Also we had a hard time getting a hold of guest services for towels, the room was cleaned towels were taken but never replenished. Took 2 days for that to resolve. "

"The Grand Palladium- Family selection was a slice of Heaven. The family and I went to celebrate Christmas in Mexico and we enjoyed every bit of it. We had a villa with a beach front view. "We enjoyed having the option of using the sister properties. We actually spent more time there as they had plenty of activities. Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Food was great and our room was wonderful. You can fly into Tulum or Cancun airport. If you do, make your own reservations for shuttle service as their taxi prices were much higher than what we actually paid to get to the hotel. They do offer free shuttle service to Cancun airport but not Tulum airport. "
