Perfect for families, groups, couples. 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 9 people, in the middle of heaven on earth. After your daytime adventures, relax with a wood fire, or in the gardens by the ponds. We offer you a unique and amazing view of the vermilion cliffs, city of Kanab, and the gorgeous southern view toward the Kaibab National Forest. At night revel in the clear, visible, incredible starlit sky. We must also mention the dazzling late summer storms of our "monsoon season", and the most colorful awe-inspiring sunsets.

This home is located within a few minutes' walk to the city pool, city park, skate park, tennis courts, basketball court, and splash pad for the little ones. Fully furnished bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry. Water filtered through reverse osmosis system to the fridge. Double car garage and extra-large driveway. The house is on 2/3 acre, with loads of space for run and play. Fully fenced and landscaped gardens with lawn, trees, flowers, ponds, stamped concrete patio with pergola, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, and barbecue. The yard is in the process of being restored. The peaches and blackberries from the garden are delicious! We offer you free internet, local telephone, 2 Smart TVs (living room, master bedroom), to stay connected during your stay. We also provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap.

Had a wonderful time
We ended up driving around and being away from the property much more than expected. But the area was great for us and when we came back tired at night, we had a great place to stay. The 4 bedrooms was great for a larger family group. Kitchen/cooking amenities were what we needed! Neighborhood was quiet. We had a great time!

Location is a nice neighborhood with beautiful cliffs to the back. We loved waking up and watching the sky around the cliffs. House was clean and suitable for our needs! 10/10

Right by the red rocks!
We had a short stay on our way to the southwest, but found the home very clean, in a convenient and safe location and comfortable. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Kanab has become a fun town to visit.

Beautiful property!
My wife and I traveled to Kanab for Grand Circle Trailfest and this house was walking distance to Jacob Hamblin Park which was very convenient for us. Overall great house, had everything we needed. Great views in the backyard.

Nice house with an even nicer view
5 friends and I stayed here during a motorcycle trip we were on. The garage was big enough for all 6 bikes to fit in for the night which was nice. The backyard was definitely the highlight for us with a great view and comfortable seating.

This is the second year we have rented this house and will attempt to rent this same house again if we return. The location is great for volunteering at Best Friends. The view, house amenities, cleanliness and neighborhood are phenomenal. love this house

We stayed here because of a trail race we were running the following morning. Our time at the property was pretty limited, though we did enjoy the time we spent there. It was exactly as listed and the property manager checked on us while we were there. ☺️

Wonderful Host, Wonderful House, Wonderful Location
We had an excellent stay here. The location is fantastic for Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The Squaw Trailhead right around the corner from the house was a favorite, too! The house was clean and well maintained. The host was responsive, kind, and very quick to reply. The home was a lovely place to unwind and hide from the heat of the day after a morning hike for our family of 8!

Amazing location and value
A very unique location right next to the red mountains of Kanab. Local hikes are literally right out the front door. The property Itself was plenty of room for our mixed family group. We really loved the outdoor space which had a nice table and chairs a peaceful garden with pond nearby. It was summer so we didn’t use the fire pits or any of the grills. The home itself is very well organized for guests.

Large beautiful home with a great backyard view. Great location near Zion and Bryce. Sand caves are a fun quick trip. Safe quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking space, and a garage to get the car out of the heat. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Kanab Stay Was Fun!
Nice home for our whole family to enjoy. Beds are very comfy. Kitchen is well stocked for making yummy meals. Had a problem and owner took care of it as quickly as he could. Kanab has lots to explore!

Overall, it was good
Overall, the house was very clean and very nice. It has a beautiful view. We were happy with our stay, and I recommend it to others. Two things: 1) I was initially frustrated, because we didn't receive the code needed for the key. For whatever reason, we didn't get an automated response with that info. However, once the owner realized this, he was prompt to help us, and it turned out fine. 2) A member of our group noted there were ants in the laundry room. However, we didn't see any elsewhere. Again, overall it was a great place to stay.

Spectacular!
This is a wonderful place in a great location. We used it as our base for 5 days and traveled to many of the major sites: Grand Canyon north rim, Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks, and also explored the local area. We loved hiking the trails that go up the red hills in the back yard. The place itself is very spacious and clean with a beautiful patio. The host is great, very communicative and we had no issues. We will absolutely stay here again the next time.

This lovely place is in neighborhood but the patio with twittering birds and view if the cliffs makes it feel intimate. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen made it an ideal place. The host was gracious and helpful.

The host was unaware of the condition of his property...
I had a vacation rental and totally understand being a 'distance' owner. I needed guests to be my 'eyes' when there were things I wouldn't be aware of (since I am NOT the one STAYING there). I took pictures and tried to share with the host what we discovered and he was very appreciative. He said he will be arriving soon to take care of what he wasn't aware was happening. The property is lovely and I felt badly for him that it had fallen from the standard he thought he was providing. I don't need to go into detail... I fully expect the owner will take care of everything and get his listing up to the standard he wishes to offer. Thank you

Great Location
