Great stay in a fantastic location
Clean, well stocked, comfortable stay. We loved Kanab! The town is lovely and close to Zion and Bryce Canyon. I highly recommend.

We were two couples arrived at Kanab for visiting the local attractions like White Pocket Canyon, Bryce Canyon and some other beautiful places. Staying with Carol’s property was an ideal option for us. The condo was equipped with absolutely everything we could need during our stay. The apartment was spacy and very cozy as well. There was enough area for getting privacy when we needed it. Carol is a great owner. She was easily achievable and immediately responsive. The check-in and check-out were super easy and took just a few minutes. I will strongly recommend this condo to my friends who plan to come to Kanab

Excellent View & Location!
Kanab provides great access to Zion, the North Rim, and Bryce Canyon. We also loved visiting Best Friends and short hikes near town. The pool and hot tub were great breaks at the end of busy days. The condo had every thing we needed for a great stay! We'd definitely rent again in the future.

Very Cozy Condo
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. They had a coffee maker with tea and coffee and also other items that we could use in the kitchen. Plenty of towels including pool towels. Lots of hangers in the closets which I appreciated. I would definitely stay there again.

Best friends visit
We enjoyed the condo and the kids loved the pool. Kitchen was well equipped but we wish we would have had washrags in the bathroom. Easy to get to and from for our visit to Best Friends Sanctuary.

Girls National park long Weekend
Went to Kanab to visit Zion Bryce and antelope canyon. The condo was in a perfect location for our home base. It’s Utah so there is a lot of driving but it was so nice to have a place to come back and relax by the fire and play cards! Clean friendly and comfortable! Already planning a trip back with my husband.

Perfect spot in Kanab
It was a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors and other vacationers were respectful. There was a pool, hot tub and workout area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every night. There were lots of local sites to keep us busy and it was close to Zions and Bryce.

Awesome location and great host
Had a great time hiking around the area. Brought a infant and there is a very nice park nearby. Only complaint is that it could have been a little cleaner. Mostly bathrooms.

Girls National Park Trip
The condo is super cute, comfortable, and centrally located to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and Grand Canyon North Rim. The condo is a short drive to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab Utah. The host had a 3 ring binder with amazing restaurants and sightseeing recommendations. I highly recommend this condo for all your vacation needs.

Great for a long weekend away with the family
We spent 3 nights with our kids ages 7-14. They loved the pool and hot tub. The condo also had streaming services and board games which were great. We loved that it felt quiet and secluded even though you are less than 5 minutes from the cute downtown area with shopping and dining options. The main bedroom bed was sooo squeaky which was a bit bothersome, but otherwise we loved the sleeping arrangements. The Night Sky room was a favorite! Plenty of blankets, towels, and kitchen wares. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

A Wonderful Place!
This property was beyond our expectations! There was plenty of room for my family of four to spread out. The beds were comfy, the room decor was perfect, kitchen was a good size and the two outdoor sitting areas were a lovely addition. And the views are stunning!! Any future travels in the Kanab region, I will definitely look to see if this property is available!

This is a very comfortable and well equipped condo. It was a perfect base to explore the area and my kids loved the big screen TV with streaming to relax at the end of a day of hiking. We visited well known parks, Zion and North Rim. The treasures are all the free, cool places to explore close to Kenab. The condo was comfortable, quiet, and spacious with a well equipped kitchen to be able to cook dinners. A great find!

Perfect For Families to Explore Nat. parks
Townhome is spacious, nicely furnished and decorated and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the pool and gym are great. Kanab is full of great restaurants and shops and is the perfect hub to hit GC north rim, Zion, Bryce and so much more. Make sure to research and plan time to also explore right near Kanab too though- Coral Pink Sands, sand caves, belly of the dragon, various slot canyons. Rent a UTV and get out into hog canyon. We had the family adventure of a lifetime with this townhome as a base and it couldn't possibly have been more perfect. Downstairs was great to relax after days of adventuring and national parks. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking for those early breakfasts that let you beat the crowds to the parks. Bedrooms are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Zero noise from outside and the ac works great. 3 minutes to everything in Kanab. An hour or less to many major must do things in the area. We loved this place and it felt like home during our stay.

PROS- Great location in the middle of Kanab. Host was quick to respond. Kids enjoyed the cute themed bedrooms. Very well equipped kitchen. New sheets and towels. CONS- It had a weird smell when we first walked in. The floors were visibly dirty. There were a few dirty towels in the washing machine and sheets and towels in the dryer. Dishes still in the dishwasher. Hair in the showers and toothpaste in the downstairs sink. The toilets were starting to get a black ring around them as they had not been scrubbed for awhile. I had to give the kitchen, bathrooms and floor a good clean myself before I felt comfortable staying here. OVERALL- I would stay here again if the cleanliness was better.

Five stars!!
This was our 5th trip to Kanab, but our first time renting this unit. This will be my go to spot from now on. First of all the location is amazing. We visited Bryce, Zion, Antelope canyon and white sands. All were an easy drive away. We also enjoyed walking into town and tried a few of the eateries suggested by the property owner. The Mexican place suggested was THE BOMB! The other two spots suggested were very good as well. Everything in this unit looks brand new. The towels, bed linens and pillows were all in excellent condition. The kitchen was better equipped than my kitchen at home which was great because we like eating in. The development was well taken care of and it was great to have a pool, hit tub AND a gym right across the parking lot. We drove back to Vegas after our stay and took advantage of the stops along the way discussed in the literature. Little, unique, lesser known attractions that I never would have known about had we not statues here. See you next year!! Going to book our stay now before this new unit is discovered by the rest of the world!!

Kanab stay!
Chose this area and complex at recommendation of a friend. Picked this property b/c of the detail in the listing. Did not disappoint! Great location to get to several National parks. Owner had everything we needed! Also had notebooks for guests with SO MUCH useful info about the area! Would highly recommend this property!
