"Nice quiet area. Enjoyed the orange and lemon trees. Birds, frogs and bugs were quite noisy but could barely be heard when the house was closed up. A gallon pitcher, funnel and juicer would be helpful. "

"We had an amazing time with our family at the house. We had every thing we needed plus the most fantastic ocean views! Would definitely recommend! We had 9 adults and 1 child. It's a bit of a drive to swimming beaches and one of the bedrooms is only accessed by walking through another bedroom, but we would absolutely go again. The owners were nearby and very helpful too. "

"This is a 10 stay. The house is in a lush gardenic setting in a very quiet neighborhood. Christine was an excellent host and saw to our every need. The house was immaculately, clean with a beautiful upstairs balcony overlooking our lush yard. A wonderful place to have your morning cup of coffee. We stayed a few different places before reaching Christine‘s house, we were so pleased with her place that we canceled reservations elsewhere in order to stay at the lava house. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the ping pong table and playground. We loved how private it felt and the Christmas decorations were a wonderful touch. We had some trouble getting in touch with the property manager related to a tripped circuit in two of the bedrooms but it didn't hamper our stay."

"We came to explore the island trails (hiking and snorkeling) and did much driving (1 to 2.5 hours each way a day) and hiking so our time at the rental was limited to sleeping and eating, showering, doing laundry (a fantastic outdoor sink to clean gear) and using the WiFi (great signal). "Pictures can not do this place justice. We felt so lucky to be able to stay at such an incredible property. Check-in was easy. The groundskeeper, Michael, was there to greet us and answer any questions. The house itself is really unique and special. However- the garden that surrounds you is absolutely breathtaking. If you are thinking about it, do it! I would absolutely stay here again. "

"This is a beautiful studio apartment. My wife and I stayed here for a week. Since we were primarily there to relax, this turned out well for us. For those couples with difference in bedtime or awakening time, there is no place inside to do anything while your partner is sleeping.
