It is less than a 5 min drive to the nearest sandy beach where there are four bars, one with a plunge pool. Kitries harbour with fresh seafood restaurants is a 10 minute drive.
The luxury villa is set in 13000m2 of its own olive groves with stunning views of the Taygetos mountain range, Ridomo gorge and sea. To the front are unrestricted sea views over the bay to the Messinian headland beyond. The sunsets are truly memorable!

Travel to the Peloponnese: From April to November direct flights are available from UK and Europe on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday to Kalamata airport which is about a 25 minute drive to Olive Tree House.
Easyjet, BA, Jet2 and Ryanair fly from the UK to Kalamata
Daily flights to Athens are available all year round. Kalamata is about a 2.5 hour scenic road transfer from Athens using the motorway system. Taxi or coach transfers can also be arranged.
It is also possible to reach Kalamata via a connecting flight from Thessaloniki airport on Wednesdays and Saturdays or Crete on Friday or Sunday
There is a ferry service to Kalamata from Crete on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
