If you’re seeking the tropical getaway of a lifetime, look no further than this amazing oceanfront Kailua-Kona vacation rental condo, complete with mesmerizing sunset views over the Pacific!

With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom this unit is the perfect size for a couple out for an unforgettable Hawaiian retreat. At the end of the day, relax outside on the private lanai with a mai tai & simply take in your the incredible view as the sun slips behind the Pacific Ocean you’ll be able to enjoy amazing Hawaiian sunsets from both the lanai and the living room! New mattress installed May 2019 & new sofa bed July 2018. NOTE - There is no air conditioning.

Located on the top floor (4th floor) in the very quiet Kona Bali Kai condominium complex, this condo is ideally situated close to all activities, beaches, shopping, and restaurants in Kona. You’ll find tide pools directly outside for exploring, and the famous Banyans surf spot is located right in front. “Da Poke Shack," rated number 1 on Yelp’s “100 Best Places to Eat in America,” is conveniently located on the premises, so definitely make sure to check it out for a tasty meal! You and your travel companion will also have access to the communal barbeque area with picnic table and courtyard swimming pool inside the complex, just in case you desire a change of pace from the sand and surf. Great views and locale
We have stayed at various KBK properties for the past 20 years. This unit has wonderful views and the host is very responsive as is his local contact. Unit is a bit dated though clean and appointed with everything one needs for a great stay. Our only wish, especially for the price point, is that the unit had a/c for the 3:30 to 5:30pm hot part of the day or additional shades to keep the unit cooler when there are no breezes during those warm hours.

Beautiful ocean view out the very private lanai. Very comfortable mattress. Parking is adequate and access is easy from the street. As other reviews stated the bedroom is facing the street and at times can be noisy. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Beautiful Sunsets
We didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo during the day, but it’s in a great location for doing various day trips. It had everything we needed and the view from the lanai was fantastic. We took advantage of the small farmers market next door on Saturday and Sunday. It was also really nice to have beach chairs and a boogie board to use. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
