Tower 1 South facing. Beautiful Ocean, Lanai , koi pond and courtyard views

This breathtaking studio has amazing views. From the lanai looking towards the right you can see the white sand of Kaanapali Beach, lapping waves, catamarans, ocean and the Island of Lanai. Looking towards the left you will see the beautiful west maui mountains, golf course, fountain and lagoon. Looking down you will see the meticulously landscaped courtyard, Koi pond with bridge and beautiful waterfall. While enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon drink you will hear the peaceful and tranquil sound of the waterfall right below you. Looking down to your right you will see the beachfront pool and hot tub.

Our condo was recently updated . We had new carpet installed, new paint, new dinning set, headboard, coffee table, cocktail tables, ottoman, pillows, bedding, floor to ceiling mirrors and custom art work. One thing our studio has that most do not is that we moved the T.V. . Now you can watch T.V. comfortably from the bed, sofa, dinning table and even the lanai. The condo is clean and well equipped. The sofa sleeper and side chair have been recently upholstered. The bathroom and kitchen counters are granite. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a flat screen TV, sony blue ray player, and an ihome clock radio. The lanai ( balcony ) has new bar height swivel chairs and table for optimum viewing over the railing. Great for whale watching. there is also a low cocktail table and chair. There are books, DVDs, games, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, ice chest, BBQ utensils and cooler.
The Whaler is situated in a great location. Right in the heart of Kaanapali Resort. Enjoy lovely walks from the Hyatt to Black rock. You can enjoy shopping and dining in the beautiful resorts along the beach walk. Whalers village is just right next door, with lots of shopping and dinning options. Lahaina is a short drive away. We hope you enjoy our whaler condo # 815 as much as we do, Aloha. We highly recommend trip insurance. Tennis and pickle ball courts. free use of rackets and balls
The Whaler charges a 35.00 per day resort fee which includes parking, pool towels, morning coffee and new fitness center. There is free WIFI.
** The Whaler is doing a spalling project on this tower. It has passed our unit. Now at the back of the building.

The Whaler Was Great
I absolutely loved the location, and The Whaler staff and facilities were excellent. The room itself was overpriced for what it was - many of the appliances need replacing and the room itself didn't feel very clean (particularly the bathroom). Overall I would absolutely stay at The Whaler again, but I would probably pass on staying in this particular room.

Our stay was amazing! This unit was furnished with everything we needed. It was so relaxing to sit on the patio and watch the whales in the distance and the sunset. We saw a double rainbow on the mountain side too. The location is perfect! It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved every minute of our stay!

Great location for whale season
We enjoyed watching the whales from the balcony every morning and from the pool or beach throughout the day. The grounds are meticulously kept, the pool and hot tub are simple, but elevated so that you can see the ocean very well. The unit was clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We will look at this property for next January.

I would stay here again! Right on the beach, and a quick walk to Whalers Village. Unit was clean, and had everything we needed, it was great to have a full kitchen. There are also beach chairs and boogie boards to use. Would highly recommend this unit!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. The manager answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. The Whaler is a beautiful property and this is our third stay here. The view from the lanai is breathtaking and we saw MANY whales from there!!! Remember your binoculars. Aloha!🌴

Lighting needs attention…bulbs were out or missing, bathroom lighting in the shower area was like having a nightlight on. Holes in sheets,Tv completely inoperable(TV did not respond to the remote)no kleenex. Very dated shower. overall loved the location, loved the view, but this unit needs definite attention and updating to a VRBO standard.

Perfect place and location
We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed. Nice kitchen, sitting area, king size bed. Beautiful view of the ocean and grounds of property. We loved sitting on the lanai. And so close to whalers village, restaurants. Perfect to walk either to end of boardwalk to see penguins at Hyatt, or opposite direction to Sheraton…or for even better longer walk to Dukes restaurant Would definitely stay again. And owner Judy seemed so nice….

The location is excellent. Right on the beach, with a heated pool. I loved that we could walk to restaurants and bars nearby. The Whaler theme was very appropriate, as the whale show going on in the ocean did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nate, the Bellman and Elise, the Concierge went above and beyond. Our only disappointment was that the bathtub shower controls fell apart and needs replacing.

Beautiful property, location and views from the room. Room definitely needs some updates and some repairs. Bed was comfortable, pull out bed needs new mattress, No real closet space , kitchen needs new appliances. I will notify manager and hope they get repaired and replaced.

Have stayed in this complex before. Very convenient close enough to Lahaina. Right on the beach good for swimming and snorkeling. Kanapalli a great beach. Took seamaui whale watching trip from beach can recommend. Lots of walks in front of the condo. Several restaurant’s around. Sunset from condo wonderful. Condo very well appointed, kitchen has everything you need. Comfortable bed. Lanai great with high chairs that allow you to see over the railing. Well kept clean complex nice pool and hot tub with a hymn as well as pickle ball and tennis ( all provuded as part of the condo fee)

The Perfect Location
My husband and I had a wonderful honeymoon at The Whaler towers - watching whales breach from the lanai while taking in the sunrise over the west Maui mountains and sunset over the ocean are memories we will cherish forever. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and snorkel gear, and saw colourful fish and turtles at Black Rock just a short walk up the beach! The property is beautiful and the other guests are so friendly. Walking distance to many great restaurants and right next door to Whalers Village, you really can’t beat this location. It was also nice to have the option to cook some of our own meals and to have a fridge for our perishables. Judy was very prompt in answering the questions we had once we arrived. We loved our stay here and hope to be back again! Xo
