IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A QUIET, TRANQUIL, LUXURY LOCATION WITH LUSH GARDENS, A HEATED POOL, AND PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS, AWAY FROM THE TRAFFIC AND NOISE AT THE HIGH RISE HOTELS, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. OUR REMODELED CONDO IS CLOSE TO THE BEACH, AND CONVENIENTLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING ON WEST MAUI.

Included with our condo are beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beverage coolers, ice packs, cooking seasonings, lots of cooking utensils, dumb bells, three smart TV's, and a Sony/JBL sound system.

With an extensive open green, surrounded by lush gardens, directly in front of the living room, lanai, and master bedroom, our quiet, single-level, end unit sits at the top of Kaanapali Plantation, for an unobstructed view of the ocean and panoramic views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. In the evenings, you can relax and enjoy the breath-taking Maui sunset right on the lanai or from the living room. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed and an extra-large bathroom, including a walk-in shower, or a soaking tub. The master bedroom has an ocean view with access to the lanai.

Completely remodeled, our condo provides you with a luxury setting, with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, cherry wood cabinets, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, Grohe fixtures, central air conditioning, all new double-pane windows, washer and dryer, Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms, and free high-speed internet access.

Free parking is located just steps from the entrance, with no parking issues or elevators to deal with. There are 5 steps, or two ramps, from the parking area to the front door.

It's just a 1-minute drive (though many people walk) to Airport Beach (Kahekili Beach Park) at Kaanapali--one of the nicest beaches on Maui, with swimming, great snorkeling, and full facilities including restrooms, BBQ's, picnic tables, showers, and plenty of free, shaded parking available.

Kaanapali Plantation is very convenient to everything. Whaler's Village Shopping Center is a little over a mile away. There is a 24-hour Safeway 3 miles away in Lahaina Cannery Mall, or a Times Supermarket just a mile north. Across the street from Lahaina Cannery Mall is Lahaina Gateway, with many businesses including Ross, Ace Hardware, and Foodland Farms (natural foods).

This was the second time we stayed at this VRBO. It does live up to its description as a quiet, luxury place. We enjoyed looking for whales and watching the sunsets. The development has rules which ensure a tranquil setting. It worked great for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Nice and quiet accommodation
Accommodation was very nice and in a very quiet neighbourhood. View from lanai was amazing. Kitchen was well equipped. I wish they had a weighing scale for checking your luggage and couple of extra blankets. Overall, satisfied.

Maui paradise
We had a delightful time in this beautiful, well appointed condo. We could sit on the lanai watching the humpback whales jumping and breaching. The condo is very, very nice, our only problem was lack of wine glasses. We had friends over for a drink and because there were only 5 wineglasses my husband had to drink out of a plastic glass. The large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom were perfect.

Perfect location.
We stayed at this condo with our elderly mother. Access was easy for her. We spent most mornings and evenings on the lanai. Great view, protected from rain and sun. Peaceful. The location is close to activities but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and peace. No problems with condo while we were there. Would definitely recommend and plan to revisit when we make another visit.

Kaanapali Plantation Condos Were Great
We stayed in #47. It was great. The condo had many wonderful items to use at the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, fins, googles and snorkels. There were extra seasonings for cooking and detergent for laundry. They really did think of everything. The view is stunning and perfectly located by being just up the hill from public parking and a super beach area. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

We love the Plantation and have been many times but first time staying here. This condo was nice, thin wall so a few noisy mornings and evenings. Smaller than others but comfortable. We took offence with being monitored by a door camera and remote control on the AC. .. is that legal??

Kaanapali Plantation condo
This VRBO was the perfect home base to explore and enjoy Maui on our first visit to the island. It was clean, comfortable, convenient, and beautiful-everything it was advertised to be and then some. We especially enjoyed spending time on the lanai which had a spectacular westerly view of the ocean. We watched whales all day long and the sunsets over the island of Lana’i were events we awaited daily. The grounds were equally beautiful and we loved seeing the birds and small lizards (anoles?) all around. We also loved being able to walk or drive to the beach at the bottom of the hill in just minutes. We appreciated and used provided amenities including binoculars for whale/bird watching, beach chairs(4), kick boards and coolers for our day trips around the island. I highly recommend this rental for a relaxing and trouble free stay while on Maui.

Perfect Property!
My 85 year old mother and I stayed here for 1 week and just returned home. The condo was magnificent. Everything was spotless, in perfect working order, and beautiful. Beds were both comfy and the bathrooms were large. Lots of extra little touches and the lanai was amazing We sat out there for hours at a time in the mornings and evenings. Gorgeous water views. Given my mother's age we didn't do a lot of adventure activities, but we ate at several restaurants in beautiful settings nearby. I did a lot of walking, and we took numerous scenic drives to other parts of the island. I would highly recommend this property. I have stayed in at least 100 VRBO properties throughout the U.S, Mexico, and a couple in Europe. There is nothing here that could be improved upon. Excellent owners to work with a quiet, relaxing, comfortable stay in paradise.

Perfect for us. Recommend!
It looked amazing online and was honestly even better than I expected. Location couldn’t be better. Minutes drive to things while having your own space. Beautiful views, super comfortable place, including the beds. Ka’anapali beach is a short walk down the hill (although I didn’t walk back up!) and has amazing snorkeling. I don’t think you could avoid seeing fish or turtles if you tried. The owners were wonderfully responsive to an issue we had with neighbors leaving bright lights on at night while not present. It was addressed and resolved the next day. Phew! We were so happy with this place and our experience was really great. Maui sells itself, but it does matter where you stay. If the size and shape of this place fits the size and shape of your group, I can’t imagine you’d be disappointed. Great bathrooms too! Always important. We loved it. Thank you owners who I think are called Michael and Sarah!

Good location
Location was good if you have a car. Definitely don’t recommend if you don’t plan on renting one. It would be a really long walk down a hill that has no side walk. Nice quiet place. When we first got in it had a bad smell like wet towels or something. The bathrooms were not the cleanest. I ended up wiping down and scrubbing the toilet, sink and even the cabinets because they had old splatter of who knows what. Even the tooth brush and cup holders were really gross. The rest of the condo seemed clean. Kitchen was stocked with lots of cooking utensils, pans, plates, cups etc. The washer and dryer was very convenient, they even have detergent provided. They have lots of beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas and boards) which we really appreciated.

Beautiful condo with incredible views
Everything is as described at this property. The bedrooms are very spacious with their own bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are are open which was nice when making meals. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice cooking utensils and appliances. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the lanai each morning. The lanai has breathtaking views that seems to change a little depending on clouds and sun. We saw rainbows every morning and spotted several whale spouts. The condo is conveniently located and close to several beaches and shopping centers. You could walk but you’ll have to brave a busy street and walk up a rather big hill back. Doable, just not for everyone. We spent several days at a variety of beaches in the area. We used the chairs, umbrellas and coolers which were all bonus. Every morning we would walk around the condo grounds or in a neighboring community just up the hill. We did get a “citation” for talking outside the condo on one of our walks during quiet hours. We weren’t being loud but just be warned, the residents are very serious about quiet hours. It was appreciated that Michael reached out after we received the “citation” and made sure everything was fine. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Kaanapali Getaway
Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse is conveniently located close to the Kaanapali Beach Resorts. Great ocean view from the patio. Owner was pleasant, responsive and helpful. Condo had everything you need. Plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again.
