"I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. "I was thoroughly impressed with this property all around! The main attraction was the real creek that is accessible to from the backyard. It was private and serene. However I was even more impressed with the dayspa-like backyard that included a sauna, hot tub and ice plunge. The sauna in particular was impressive--it could fit many people and was very well maintained. Other highlights of the property are the fire pit and multiple dining areas outside. "Let me start out by saying Josie is a great host and very responsive to any issue. Most of my comments are going to be addressed towards older people or those with mobility issues. The suite is a conversion/additon to the main house which I stayed in last August. The two car garage was converted to the living space and kitchen. The addition is the master bedroom and bathroom. It should be noted that there is about a 3” step up between the two rooms and about a 6” step up to the bathroom. In...

"We really enjoyed the convenience of having our own space while we were visiting family and friends. The only negative thing I have to say is that I use a CPAP machine and I had a very hard time finding the plug behind the bed. And in the bedroom there were not enough usable plugs to plug in all our devices."

"Great location as far as being so close to downtown Redlands, though the neighbor can seem an little iffy. The home was as described (we were even told of the previous guests damaging a few items at the home, so we appreciated the heads up). I would note for anyone with scared or reactive dogs that both neighbors had their dogs outside at almost all times during our stay, and they barked quite a bit whenever you’re in the backyard. Didn’t deter us too much, as we would still stay at here again."

"The house was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The house is a bit dated, but it was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. "

"Cockroaches, bugs,, and spiders/spiderwebs throughout the house. Outside of property looks like the place should be condemned. Five foot tall weeds with trash everywhere on front lawn. Contacted property manager immediately about roaches, sent pictures, and was told to use the insect spray under the sink. Host was nice and responded in timely manner. Vrbo should ensure properties depict accurate photos, for customer satisfaction. "
