"Hotel is at the “walk” at JBR. Hotel is clean, beautiful and modern. Hotel has restaurants bars and staff is outstanding. Our agent who checked us in was a gentleman. Everyone speaks English so communication is always good. Hotel is steps away from the beach and walkable anytime of the day or night. The city is extremely safe and family friendly. I’d definitely recommend Amwaj Rotana at Jummariah beach to anyone looking for a classy stay. Hotel prices were very reasonable and within our budget. "

"It was a lovely stay at Ramada at the end of January for 10 days. Stayed with my family in the duplex 2 bedroom unit (2202). Ramada is a relatively modest budget value chain and it more than met our expectations. Building and Room: Slightly dated, but well kept and clean. Our unit was also a bit dated with a bit of misty smell in the beginning, but i attributed to it not being used in a long time presuambly. Pretty decent minimalist amenities. Breakfast service which is an addon was good, with good quality and variety. Its on JBR, just a minute or so walk to the JBR public beach and all the shops and restaurants at the Walk, so that was convenient. Also has parking on the main floor, which was usedul for us given we decided to rent a car. Service: What made our stay really special was the outstanding service, starting from concierge to reception to room service and breakfast service. Everyone in the staff was super friendly and courteous and did a fantastic job tending the needs of the guests. In particular, we were really impressed by the dedication and attention to detail by two gentlemen, Newton and Bishwas, who were responsible for cleaning our room and providing turndown service. They did an immaculate job everyday and went above and beyond. They even arranged a small cake and decorated our room for my birthday without us requesting it...that was a very personal touch and we appreciated the gesture! All in all, I would return to the hotel anytime I go back to Dubai."
