"Valet, check-in were very professional and friendly. All staff were polite and welcoming. Rooms in the rainbow tower were clean, hallways and common areas all tidy. Grounds were gorgeous and well kept. Plenty of dining and shopping options. Friday fireworks were amazing along with the luau on the great lawn. You’re in paradise soak it up and “no stress bruh, island time.” Mahalo "

"The service was amazing, we were upgraded to a better room for free and the staff cleaned our room well everyday. We were also right across the beach at walkable distance from everything in Waikīkī. There were many hidden fees though (60$ for parking, and 49$ resort fee) so be aware before you book. The parking was also a bit inconvenient as it’s not your standard parking lot, but a tall and narrow structure that had many turns. "
