"Overall i think is a good stay. But there are like 4 lift, but not any in optimal conditions for our first day. I think the lift planning could be better managed. The instructions to check in can be simplified, giving one long message. Then could be accompanied by all the photos and videos."

"Don't be deceive by the location or the outlook of the hotel. The hotel is well maintained, clean and conformable. I will definitely book this hotel again! Note: To the drivers, the hotel does not provide free parking. Parking is not expensive, however the carpark is small."

"Got the 3 person room with a Queen and 1 Single bed. The room is huge but the amenities inside the room are so old some of them looks run down. The wooden fixtures starting to peel off, the toilet door frame are peeling off and the shower is only accessible by the bathtub. Meaning u hv to climb into ..."

"Hotel doesn't accept credit card as deposit. Quite a turn off for this. Luckily they are willing to accept $100RM instead of $200RM for deposit. It gets a bit noisy in the middle of the night as the area is known for its nightlife."
