Close to the wedding venue, the beach, Providence and with a great view. The host family was quite accommodating as we needed to check in early for the baby. Also being close to CVS and groceries for any amenities was amazing. Would Iove to stay here again. "

From the host, Gary, who is not only attentive, but thought and super professional to the cleanliness and amenities of the property, this is truly a gem. So often a “beautiful water view” is described, but this is the first time the view was BETTER than described. It was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. "The posting made it seem as if it is 1 bed and 1 bath, with a sly mention of amenities being shared in a middle paragraph's 4th line. It still doesnt tell you about the number of rooms that it is to be shared amongst. There were 3+ rooms and 1 bathroom and okayish amenities. We got a really small room with a really bad closet. It is just too expensive for what they offer Really bad experience."

"Having off street parking was great. Simple but clean interior with nice design touches. Older home so 2nd floor is dormered which might be problem if very large or tall. Overall felt like a home with a lot of care that went into it. Older neighborhood but street was quiet and we felt safe. Various shops and stores within a mile if you wanted to cook, eat out or forgot to bring something. Simple but clean and well appointed."

"Quiet neighborhood, pleasant waterfront ambiance, beautiful sunrise. The home is exactly as pictured, even more beautiful in person very clean and comfortable. We were a family of 5 adults with plenty of space. There is a nice area to walk in the neighborhood/by the water. Took the kayaks out in the morning which was very nice!! Close to Newport. Noelle is a very attentive and thoughtful host. You can tell she really wants her guests to enjoy themselves and have a nice getaway. Would...
