"Pleasant stay at this cozy apt. The location about 10minute walk to the waterfront, shopping on King St and dining . Small kitchen with all the appliances needed to make a small meal. Steps to the bedroom so wouldn’t suggest for small kids or elderly. WiFi is lagging but they do have 2 TVs. Enjoyable stay"

"We stayed at this property for the Kiawah Marathon. When we checked in, we notified to local contact that we could hear a low battery chirp from a smoke detector in a locked closet. We were assured there were no smoke detectors in the closet, and that we could remove the smoke detector batteries from the other units. The local contact was “off island” and maintenance manager was on vacation so they were unable to assist. We notified the local contact again that the sound was coming from the...

"Amazing property! Great location. restaurants nearby are 5 to 10 min walk. 3 levels, stairs not bad. 4 bath rooms. Spacious!!"

"I have nothing but great things to say about this property. From the moment we booked, the host was in communication and gave us all the info we needed right up until the second we checked out. We opted to rent the golf cart which I recommend doing as it’s so much easier to get around and find parking. The home had everything we needed plus more! It’s walking distance into town or a very short golf cart ride and same to the beach! If you’re on the fence then this is your sign to book it!"

"This home is spectacular! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and serve large groups of people. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of cozy spaces and stunning ocean views from almost every room. Easy commute to downtown Charleston and only steps from the beach. The owner and management team were very responsive and excellent to work with. Our family ages ranged from 5 to 80 and everyone had a fabulous time. "

"My youngest son recently moved to Charleston / Mt Pleasant. We as family came to him via this lovely home. We celebrated a tradition Thanksgiving there and everything was excellent. The location allowed us to easily manage all the Charleston area has to offer. We played golf , toured downtown and visited the beach areas. Great restaurants and good times had by all. The home was perfect, very comfortable and well equipped. "

"I would love to give Excellent ratings, but the smell of smoke was so strong in the elevator and in my room that it irritated my eyes and throat. The room size was wonderful and having a full kitchen was a game changer. Great communication with staff and security was great as well. "
