"We loved the house and the location. There was plenty of space/beds making it a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great! I had difficulty getting a hold of the management company. And there was a bag of trash left in the kitchen and not enough toilet paper. Other than those minuscule things, I highly recommend staying here. It was lovely. "

"The property on College St. was perfect! The house was cuter in person than it was in pics! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had an adorable layout. We also really enjoyed the grill and the fenced-in yard. We would definitely stay here again…HAPPILY!"

Only complaint is the fans in all rooms are remote however the remote works all of them so you turn one on, they all come on. "

"The house was PERFECT! The layout of the house afforded 2 families to stay here with lots of places to enjoy the beautiful ocean front views while also watching SEC football on Saturday. Very clean, nice linens, beds etc. We were very happy with the 5 bedrooms and especially the 4 king beds as everyone wants king beds! Had SNOW during our visit to Georgia, so the pool was not used, but looked great."

"we had a lovely time at the house over Christmas. the house was well lit, kitchen fully stocked with all the equipment we needed, and the layout of the home was very spread out. our dog loved the wide open backyard. the house was close to the pier area and had easy access to everything on the island. we would give the house 5 stars and would definitely stay here again. "We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...
