"if you are lucky to have an ocean view then that's what you are basing your review on. The property itself is very convenient. It is close to many great restaurants, shops and the boardwalk. However the rooms are definitely in need of an upgrade. The bathroom had an awful damp musky smell to it. The curtains had many "suspect" stains on them...don't even want to know. However, the staff was very nice and helpful. The lock on the door broke during our stay and the maintenance staff took care of...

Saw me walk up, made a phone call, and put me on hold. Beware: There is a $30 per night parking charge that I am sure will go up with inflation."
